About The Stadelis

Hello Everyone! Welcome to start of our new journey! We are a small Food Truck Business, with a couple of hard workers who wanted to start a little something of their own. Jason who has had a passion for cooking from a young age. He was raised in New York state and moved to Oregon after meeting the love of his life. He has worked in local food industries for over 14 years total between the two states. Anjel is a sweetheart and a spark of sunshine to light everyone in the community's day. Everywhere she works, she always have her regulars which shows her commitment for the customer.

The plan is this food truck will serve some delicious Italian inspired food. Our main item will be our Roma Burgers, Italian meatball inspired hamburgers served with a side of parmesan & basil potato fritters.
